In depth update
I just wanted to give you all an in depth update regarding Edward's current hurdles. Edward has two line that run in to his belly button or at this moment lack there of, these two lines are kinda his replacement umbilical cord although he is no longer receiving blood through it. The first of the two lines is basically an IV for anything they need to give him, the second line is his arterial line (art for short) is used for drawing blood and tracking his blood pressure. The blood vessel that the art line run into is spasiming causing the blood flow to his toes to decrease, which we do not want to happen. If it continues they will have to pull this art line, which normally would not be an issue except that edward is so small that they are having trouble finding another vain that will support it. so please pray that either the issue will just resolve itself or that they would be able to find a vain that will work with out having to damage it. thank you again for your continued thought and prayers. I will do my best up upload more picture when time allows.

ReplyDeleteWell, I am a super excited Grandma! God is so good! I know that Edward is becoming a strong, healthy baby! I am so eager to see him and hold him. Meanwhile, I will enjoy all of these pictures and updates on the blog. Thank you everyone for all your prayers. Thank you doctors and nurses for the awesome job you are doing. And thank you Lord Jesus for all the times you supernaturally intervened and did what only you can do. We are all feeling so relieved and so proud! Love, Bev
