shots :(

So Edward got his first immunizations today he did not enjoy them at all! They also did a cortisol test to see if they could try and ween him off the hydricortison again but he did not do well and now they are going to test his pituitary to see if that is the problem. if it is he may need to take hormones for a very long time. Other than that the only thing exciting that happened was he sort of fits into a preemie sized shirt! I was so excited I went and bought him preemie clothes but when I took them to try them on him the were still extremely huge :( oh well! oh and he is now 3 pounds 5 oz.! well here are a few pictures to enjoy! Sorry we missed another update.

Hey everyone, im was going to post last night, but i completely forgot to. Edward is doing good. Today will be his second day to try breast feeding. Yesterday was good he only bradyed once during the 15 mins that he feeding. He still hasn't figured out the whole breathing sucking balance. Well thats it for now. Mommy will have more news tonight.

Edward is doing really well. Tomorrow he will be attempting to breast feed and will also be receiving his first vaccinations. Our day has been extremely busy and we are pretty tired. We will have more updates tomorrow.

back and fourth

So today Edward got his flow turned down too 1 and 1/2 but he started having a really hard time so they had to turn him back up to 2. like they say too steps forward one step back but other than that he had a really good day. Some exciting news we are going to try real breast feeding on Wednesday! well that's about it I will post pictures tomorrow I need to get some sleep because we are going back to Cheyenne in the morning! goodnight all!

good day

so today was a really good day. Edward finally got moved to 3 hour cares so he is now a 5,8,11,2 yay! I'm so happy because now I get to see him even more! He is getting so big! so David and I did an experiment today and we figured out Edward weighed less than half a 16 oz bottle of coke when he was born. crazy stuff! well that's about it nothing to crazy happened today. talk to you all tomorrow here are some pictures to enjoy!

Good Day.

Hello everyone, Daddy's back and its his turn to post. Edward had a pretty good day today, nothing negative to report. His feeds have gone up again to 16cc every 2 hours and now weighs 2lb. 14 oz, just short of 3 lb. They are getting ready to move him to cares and feed every 3 hours. He also got another bath tonight, He seemed to enjoy it a little more this time compared to last week. Well not much more to report. Thank you all again for all of your thoughts and prayers.
